This policy explains how CoreFlux Computer Trading LLC (“CoreFlux”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use this website or contact us. We aim to collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and serve you as a customer, and to treat it with care.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us, including:

• Website forms. When you use our contact, open-a-case, RMA claim or proof-of-concept request forms, we receive the details you enter. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, phone number, company name, your message and product details such as model, serial number, invoice number and a description of the fault.
• Email and WhatsApp. When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, contact details, the content of your messages and any files you attach.
• Orders and support. If you buy from us or use our support services, we keep the records needed to supply and support the products, such as delivery details, invoices and case history.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical details such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information that we have not asked for.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiries and messages.
• To prepare quotations and proposals you request.
• To provide technical support and handle warranty claims, RMAs and repairs.
• To process, deliver and invoice your orders.
• To keep our website and systems secure, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is needed, and only with:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and IT providers, acting on our instructions.
• Couriers and logistics providers, so they can collect or deliver products, and manufacturers where a warranty claim or repair has to be raised with them.
• Government authorities, courts or regulators, where the law requires us to.

WhatsApp and email providers process messages under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are deleted when they are no longer needed. Order, invoice and warranty records are kept for as long as the products are supported and for the periods required by law, for example for tax and accounting purposes.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls so that only staff who need the information can see it, secure connections for this website, and care in how we store and dispose of records. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep the risk low and to respond promptly if a problem arises.

Cookies

This website does not currently set marketing or analytics cookies. The site may use cookies or similar storage that are strictly necessary for it to work. If we start using analytics or marketing tools in future, we will update this policy before doing so and, where required, ask for your consent.

Your rights
