CoreFlux Labs T&C
These terms are a summary. Your invoice, quotation or service agreement sets out the terms that apply to your purchase.
CoreFlux Labs Warranty Terms and Conditions
Every CoreFlux Labs build is assembled and burn-in tested in-house before it leaves us. After delivery, a build can be supported under one of three service options: carry-in, collect and return, or on-site support. The options differ in how the system reaches our technicians and where the repair is carried out. The option that applies to your build, and the length of its warranty, are shown on your quotation or invoice. The sections below explain how each option works and what the warranty does and does not cover.
How Each CoreFlux Labs Service Option Works
| Service Type | How to Reach Us | Remote Troubleshooting | Collection or Visit | Repair Location | Progress Updates |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Carry-In (CIP) | Phone, email or online case | Yes, before any physical repair | You bring the system to us | CoreFlux service centre, Dubai | While the case is open |
| Collect & Return (C&R) | Phone, email or online case | Yes, before any physical repair | We arrange collection and return | CoreFlux service centre, Dubai | While the case is open |
| On-Site (OSS) | Phone, email or online case | Yes, before any physical repair | We agree a visit with you | At your premises, where practical | While the case is open |
Notes:
- How to Reach Us: every service option starts with a support case, which you can open by phone, by email or through the website.
- Remote Troubleshooting: an engineer first tries to diagnose and, where possible, fix the fault remotely, which often avoids moving the system at all.
- Collection or Visit: applies to Collect & Return and On-Site service, where the system has to be moved or a technician has to attend.
- Repair Location: where the repair normally takes place. Repairs that need parts depend on parts availability.
- Service Times: any response or repair times agreed for your build are set out in your quotation or service agreement.

How It Works
You bring the faulty system to the CoreFlux service centre in Dubai, or to another location we agree with you. Our technicians diagnose and repair it there, and we contact you when it is ready to collect.
Coverage
The warranty covers faults in parts and workmanship that arise during normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid, unauthorised modifications or repairs, power surges, natural disasters or other events outside our control. Software, operating system and data issues are not covered, so please keep your own backups.
Remote Hardware Support
Carry-in cover includes remote help with hardware faults during business hours, by phone, email or remote desktop session. This covers troubleshooting, checking hardware-related settings and advice on simple fixes. General software and operating system support is not included.
