RMA Policy

These terms are a summary. Your invoice, quotation or service agreement sets out the terms that apply to your purchase.

Returning a Product: Conditions

  • Please obtain an RMA number from our support team before sending anything back. Returns that arrive without an approved RMA number may be refused or sent back to you.
  • Show the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and include a copy of the RMA confirmation inside it.
  • Return the product complete and in a condition consistent with normal use. Pack it securely, preferably in its original packaging, so it is not damaged in transit.
  • Only send the items listed on your RMA confirmation. Items that are not listed cannot be processed under that RMA.
  • Unless the return is caused by an error on our part, the customer arranges and pays for delivery to CoreFlux. Where the error is ours, we will cover the return delivery.
  • Send the product within the validity period stated on your RMA confirmation. If the RMA expires, contact us and we can issue a new one.
  • Every returned item is inspected and tested before a repair, replacement or credit is agreed.
  • Products that are outside warranty, physically damaged, tampered with or modified without approval may not qualify for a free repair, replacement or credit. We will tell you the options before any chargeable work is carried out.
  • If a return does not meet these conditions, we will contact you to explain why and agree the next step.
