Warranty Terms
These terms are a summary. Your invoice, quotation or service agreement sets out the terms that apply to your purchase.
Warranty Coverage
Most products we supply carry the manufacturer's own warranty. CoreFlux acts as your local point of contact: we help you check whether a fault is covered, log the claim and handle the return or repair with the manufacturer on your behalf. What is covered, and for how long, is decided by each manufacturer's warranty terms.
Warranty Period
Warranty periods differ between manufacturers and product lines, and some products can be bought with extended cover. The period normally runs from the date of your invoice or delivery. Standard products: the period set by the manufacturer for that product. Extended or enhanced cover: where you have bought additional cover, the longer period shown on your invoice or quotation applies.
Exclusions
Warranty cover does not normally include: • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid, power surges, incorrect installation or unauthorised repairs or modifications. • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage and consumable parts. • Loss of data or software. Please back up your data before sending any product for repair.
Claim Process
To make a claim, open a case or submit an RMA claim with your invoice number, the product serial number and a clear description of the fault. Our support team will check the warranty status, may ask you to try some basic troubleshooting, and will then explain the next step, whether that is a repair, a replacement or a return to the manufacturer.
