Refund Policy
These terms are a summary. Your invoice, quotation or service agreement sets out the terms that apply to your purchase.
Refunds on Returned Products
In some cases CoreFlux can offer a refund instead of a repair or replacement for a product returned under an approved RMA. A product can be considered for a refund when it is:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- Returned complete, with all accessories and its original packaging
Typical reasons for a refund include a product that is not compatible with the system it was ordered for, or a product that does not match how CoreFlux described it at the time of sale. Each request is reviewed individually once the product has been inspected.
Where a refund or credit note is agreed, it is issued against the original invoice. Credit notes are applied to future purchases and are not normally exchanged for cash once the RMA is closed.
