Customer Care Process

CoreFlux Customer Care
How We Look After You After the Sale
Our customer care team in Dubai supports the products we supply once they are installed and in use. When something goes wrong, we start with remote troubleshooting and diagnostics, then handle warranty claims and RMAs with the manufacturer where a repair or replacement is needed. Our warranty and returns pages set out how each step works, so you know what to expect before you contact us.

CoreFlux Returns
Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)
An RMA is how we track a faulty product from the moment you report it until it is repaired, replaced or credited. Our team logs each claim, checks the warranty with the manufacturer of the brand concerned and keeps you informed along the way. Giving us the invoice number, serial number and a clear description of the fault at the start helps us resolve your case with less back and forth.
Submit a Claim
Send us the product details and fault through the RMA form or by email.
Send or Collect
Drop the product at our Dubai service centre, or we agree a collection with you.
Inspection
CoreFlux technicians test the product and confirm the fault.
Resolution
We arrange the repair, replacement or credit that applies to your case.
